It is our intention that all the terms of the contract between us are contained in these Terms and Conditions and in the associated documents issued by us.
1. Flight Conditions
1.1 Flights are dependent upon the weather conditions and are regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority. We will give you as much warning as possible but in order to ensure your safety we reserve the right to postpone a flight up to the moment of launch. If, on your chosen day, the weather is not forecast to be safe and suitable, we will simply postpone and re-book you to a convenient date.
1.2 If it has been necessary to cancel your flight on five or more occasions, due to weather conditions, we will extend the validity of your flight booking to include the next three months of the flying season (April to October).
1.3 The pilot will decide the location of the launch site dependent on the prevailing wind directions or limitations of a given launch site. We may need to change your launch site and will transport you by car should this be necessary.
2.1 Your flight ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 If it has been necessary to cancel your flight on five or more occasions, due to weather conditions, we will extend the validity of your flight booking to include the next three months of the flying season (April to October).
2.3 The validity of your flight booking period may be extended by us if an event outside of our control makes the provision of flight impossible. The extension will be for the same period as the duration of the restriction.
2.4 If you or your fellow passenger are unable to fly during the validity period of your flight due to pregnancy we will will extend the validity period by twelve months
3. Fitness to fly
3.1 We are not qualified to express an opinion confirming you that you are fit to fly. You must not fly if you are suffering from any serious medical condition, or have recently undergone surgery. We may ask you to provide us with a certificate of your fitness to fly from your doctor or specialist.
3.2 You must not fly if you are pregnant.
3.3 You must not fly if you are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. If your pilot considers you to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs they may refuse to fly you.
3.4 Children must be over the age of 10 to fly, at least 1.4 metres in height (4’6”) and be accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 16.
3.5 In the interests of safety and operational requirements we cannot undertake the carriage of passengers whose declared weight exceeds 114 Kg (18 stone).
4.1 If a medical reason prevents you from flying, please notify us supplying a doctor’s certificate confirming you will remain unable to fly during the validity period, to enable us to refund the cost of your flight.
5. Gift Vouchers
5.1 If you have been given a gift voucher this flight, it will not be redeemable for cash
